Vickie E. Martz

Vickie E. Martz, age 65, of Danville, passed away on Wednesday, August 18, 2021 at 2:44 am at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville.

Born on December 10, 1955 in Bloomsburg, she was the son of the late Dale O. and Shirley I. (Chappell) Martz.

Vickie graduated from Danville High School and was a Medical Transcriptionist for Geisinger in Danville.

Vickie enjoyed gardening, bird watching and reading. She loved animals and cherished every minute of time with her grandchildren.

She is survived by her son Robert A. Moodie of Danville, a daughter Caitlin Bitler of Shamokin, four grandchildren, one brother Dale O. Martz Jr. and one sister Valerie Martz both of Danville, one nephew, four nieces and multiple cousins.

Preceding her in death is a brother Darren Martz.
