Stephen Lukachik, III

Stephen Lukachik, III, age 54, of 3 Moyer’s Grove Rd., Wapwallopen, passed away at 9:50 p.m. Sunday, May 10, 2020 in the Berwick Hospital Center.

Born on January 12, 1966 in Wilkes-Barre, he was the son of the late Stephen, Jr. and Maryann (Capp) Lukachik.

He served in the U.S. Army. 

Stephen was a guard at Frackville State Correctional Institute.

Surviving is his wife, the former Patricia “Patti” Scott; son, Jacob Stephen Lukachik, Dorrance; step-son, Benjamin Alva Logan, and his wife Skye, Dorrance; granddaughters, Chloe and Auroa Lukachik, and a sister, Robin.

At his request, there will be no services.
