Stacey R. Zimmerman

Stacey R. Zimmerman, age 39, 109 Pine Street, Danville, died at her home on Wednesday, August 30, 2017.

Born in Winston Salem, North Carolina on March 13, 1978, she was a daughter of Jerry and Mary (Ford) Crowder, of North Chesterfield, Virginia. She resided in the Danville area for about 10 years. She was a 1996 graduate of Dinwiddie High School in Virginia.

Stacey was employed as a receptionist by the Columbia Montour Area Agency on Aging Office in Bloomsburg.

Surviving in addition to her parents is her husband, Ryan K. Zimmerman; three children: Madison Whitney, Cameron Whitney and Ashton Whitney, all of Danville; a step son, Dylan Zimmerman, Hughesville; two brothers: David Bowling, College Station, Texas, and Jeremy Crowder, and his wife Brooke, North Chesterfield, Virginia; two sisters:  Kristi Hartless, Richmond, Virginia and Carly, wife of Josh Robertson, North Chesterfield, Virginia;  her paternal grandmother, Wilma Crowder, Hopewell, Virginia and a number of aunts, uncles, nephews and nieces.

Funeral services will be held on Friday at 2 P. M. in the Roat-Kriner Funeral Home, 1133 Bloom Road, Danville. The family will receive friends from 1-2 p. m.

A Celebration of Life service will be held in Virginia at  later time. The time and place will be placed on our website as soon as details are available.
