Shirley Ann Hittle

Shirley Ann (Robbins) Hittle, age 49, of 20 West Creek Road, Benton, passed away at 7:15 a.m. on Friday, May 29, 2020 at Sunset Ridge Healthcare & Rehabilitation, Scott Twp., where she had resided for a year.

Born on June 30, 1970 in Bloomsburg, she was the daughter of Larry A. and Mary F. (Gochenaur) Robbins. A 1989 Benton High School graduate, she was a lifelong resident of the Benton area.

Shirley managed Robbins Rentals and the Hess Hotel in Benton. Earlier she worked at Weis Markets, Bloomsburg.

She was a member of the Stillwater Christian Church and she loved children.

Shirley was preceded in death by a daughter, Jessica Lynn Hittle on May 3, 1998.

Surviving in addition to her parents  who reside in Benton,  is a son, Jacob R. Hittle, Benton; sister, Debra S., wife of Thomas Little, Benton; two nieces: Rebekah and Samantha; and three nephews: Joshua, Seth, and Chris.

Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 4, 2020 at the Benton Cemetery with Pastor Scott Lyons of Stillwater Christian Church, officiating.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of the Dean W. Kriner Inc. Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 30 2 ½ St., Benton.
