Robert C. Haas
Robert C. Haas, age 84, of 94 Kipps Run Danville, died peacefully at his home at 3:40 a. m. Thursday, Feb. 24, 2022 after an illness.
Born in Mahoning Township on October 15, 1937 a son of the late Robert E. and Frances A. (Knarr) Haas. He was a lifelong resident of the Danville area and a 1955 graduate of Danville High School.
Surviving are his wife, the former Molly A. Pursley, with whom he observed his 65th wedding anniversary on December 21, 2021; three children: Tina M., wife of Scott Kline, Benton; John R. Haas, and his wife Holly, Riverside; Frances E, wife of David Babich, Berwick; five grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; a sister, Lucille Thompson, Lewistown; and a brother, Kenneth L. Haas, Riverside.
Funeral services will be held on Monday at 2 p. m. in the Roat-Kriner Funeral Home, 1133 Bloom Road, Danville. The family will receive friends from 1-2 p. m.
