Richard S. Welliver, age 55, 0f 10 Baker Lane, Bloomsburg, died at his home on Wednesday, November 18, 2020.
He was born in Bloomsburg on January 12, 1965 a son of the late Charles R., Jr. and Minnie A. (Kyttle) Welliver. He spent his life in the Bloomsburg area and was a 1984 graduate of Bloomsburg High School.
Richard was employed as a plumber by various companies during his life.
He was an avid fisherman, a NASCAR fan and also a Philadelphia Eagles fan.
Richard served his country by serving in the U. S. Army.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother Chuck A. Welliver on June 14, 2001 and a nephew, Brian Dildine on June 6, 1995.
Richard is survived by two sisters: Joan, wife of Douglas B. Morris, Orangeville and Amelia A., wife of Thomas Blackledge, Bloomsburg and six nieces and nephews: Jason Welliver, Nathan Welliver, Lora Welliver, Krystal Hall, John Morgan Blackledge and Megan Long.
Graveside services will be held on Friday, November 27, 2020, at 1 p. m. in the Ikeler’s Cemetery in Mount Pleasant Township.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of the Dean W. Kriner, Inc., Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 325 Market Street, Bloomsburg.
