Paul A. Seltzer

Paul A. Seltzer, age 78, of Stillwater, passed away on Thursday July 9, 2026 at his home under the care of Compassus hospice.

Born on July 18, 1947 in Hazleton, he was the son of Doris (Knelly) Campbell, of Anderson, MO and the late Ellis J. Seltzer. He was a 1965 graduate of Benton High School. Paul resided in Benton and Stillwater for most of his life apart from the 20 years he resided in Florida.

Paul was last employed as a mechanic for the Bloomsburg Auto Auction. He also worked in road construction for several years.

He was a proud member of the National Rifle Association and enjoyed fixing things.

Surviving in addition to his mother are five children: Lisa, wife of Jesse Young, of Benton, Lynn, wife of Greg Strevig, of Benton, Paul Seltzer, and his wife Lauren, of Painter, VA, Thomas Seltzer, and his wife Jennifer, of Benton, and Timothy Seltzer, and his companion Autumn, of Elysburg; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; a sister, Judy, wife of Brian Hopkins, of Anderson, MO; and several nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date and time to be announced.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of the Dean W. Kriner Inc. Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 325 Market St., Bloomsburg.
