MaryAnn and I worked at CCFA together and were in the office on 9/11 when tragedy struck. I always include her in my where were you story of that day. She was very empathetic, kind and such a calming influence on those around her. My condolences to Bill and the entire family.

Dear Bill and family,
So sorry to hear of Mary Ann's passing, and praying for peace, comfort and healing during this difficult time. Mary Ann and I worked together for the Red Cross and I have many fond memories--including when she decided she wasn't going to dye her hair anymore and called herself the "Silver Fox"!!!! Rest in peace, Mary Ann!!!
