Marjorie G. (Ragan) Golder, age 96, 232 Valley Road, Bloomsburg, died 11:30 p. m. Wednesday, June 7, 2017 at The Gardens At Orangeville, where she was a patient since May 4, 2017.

Born in Sugarloaf Township on January 18, 1921, she was a daughter of the late Thomas and Cora (Miller) Ragan. She was a 1940 graduate of Benton High School. She resided in Montour Township since 1958.

Marjorie was employed by the former Magee Carpet Co. for 36 years, retiring in 1983.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Jack L. Golder, on March 7, 2011; two sisters: Annie Bogart and Isabel Rickmers; and a half brother Roy Miller.

Marjorie is survived by a sister, Marian Young, Berwick and a number of nieces and nephews.

Private services will be held, followed by interment in Elan Memorial park, Lime Ridge, with the Rev. Gordon E. Smith, pastor of St. John Lutheran Church, Espy, officiating.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of the Dean W. Kriner, Inc., Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 325 Market St., Bloomsburg.
