MARGARET I. KNOUSE

Margaret I. Knouse, age 56, 7465 Columbia Blvd., Berwick, died at her home at 8:59 a. m. Monday, March 15, 2010, after a lengthy illness.

Born in Bloomsburg on January 16, 1954,she was a daughter of the late Delbert and June D. (Girton) Knouse. Most of her life was spent in the Frosty Valley Road area of Bloomsburg.

She is survived by a brother, Joseph Knouse, Harrisburg; a sister, Rita I., wife of Matthew E. Mensch, Bloomsburg; several step siblings and a number of nieces and nephews.

Margaret was preceded in death by a brother, Donald H. Shultz, Jr.; her step father, Donald H. Shultz, Sr.; and step mother, Elsie Long.

Memorial services will be held on Tuesday at 10 a. m. in the Dean W. Kriner, Inc., Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 325 Market St., Bloomsburg, with the Rev. Allen F. Acor, pastor of the Mooresburg-Hendrickson United Methodist Churches officiating.

Friends may on Tuesday from 9-10 a. m.
