Linda May de Berjeois

Linda May de Berjeois passed away on February 27, 2026, at age 66, in Bloomsburg. Linda was born in Plainfield, NJ, to parents Herbert de Berjeois and Helen McGoldrick.

Linda attended Arthur L. Johnson High School and later attended New Jersey Institute of Technology.

Linda began her career as a Telecommunications Analyst at Drexel Burnham Lambert before transitioning to running a day care at home so she could spend more time with her children. Linda later worked as a medical transcriptionist for a hematology & oncology practice.

Linda loved spending time with her family, traveling, being at the beach, cooking, watching birds, and studying genealogy. She was a loving, devoted mother of two children, and was known for always putting her family first.

Linda was preceded in death by her parents and by her sister Jean Marie de Berjeois of Toms River, NJ. 

She is survived by her two loving daughters, Brittney Smith and her husband Jed of Bloomsburg, and Lauren Evans and her husband Erik of Pennsauken, NJ; four grandchildren, Mia, Cy, Thane, and Oliver Smith; and her sister, Karen de Berjeois of Toms River. She is also survived by her nieces, Kimberly Nulty and Kristina Baron.

Services will be privately held by the family.

Arrangements may be entrusted to the care of the Dean W. Kriner Inc. Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 325 Market St. Bloomsburg.
