Linda Lee Buck

Linda Lee Buck, age 78, of Danville, passed away Monday evening, July 28, 2025, at her home.

Born in Mahoning Twp., Montour County on April 17, 1947, she was the daughter of the late Calvin and Ruth (Myers) Krum. She was a 1963 graduate of Danville High School and she attended Bloomsburg State College.

Linda was employed by Weis Markets in Danville for 20 years, retiring in 2005.

She was a member of Ridgeville United Methodist Church of Christ.

Linda loved reading, doing crossword puzzles, spending time with her children and grandchildren, and gardening, especially flowers.

She was preceded in death by two brothers, Robert Krum and James Krum.

Surviving is her husband, Roy E. Buck, with whom she celebrated their 59th wedding anniversary on January 8, 1966; five children: Jill Jordan, of Danville, Jennifer Buck, of Danville, Jole, wife of Joe Swisher, of Hawaii, Jason Buck, of Danville, and Justin Buck, of Danville; five grandchildren; two great grandchildren; two sisters, MaryAnn, wife of William Jenkins, of Plano, Texas and Janet, wife of Dean Berry, of Danville; and sister-in-law, Wanda Krum, of Danville.

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
