Lester H. Armstrong

Lester H. Armstrong, age 55, of Old Berwick Rd., Bloomsburg, died Sunday evening January 4, 2026 at The Gardens at Orangeville, where he resided.

Born on October 6, 1970 in Baltimore, Maryland, he was the son of the late Lester and Catherine E. (Chambers) Armstrong. He resided in Bloomsburg for over 25 years.

Lester had various jobs during his lifetime. He worked for Reithoffer Shows, Sal's Pizza Shop, and he also delivered newspapers for the Press Enterprise in Bloomsburg.

Lester was a member of St. John Lutheran Church in Espy.

He was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan.

Surviving is his significant other, Paula Brooking, with whom he resided; four sons, Christopher Armstrong, of Oklahoma, Danny Armstrong, of South Carolina, Zachary Armstrong, of State College, and Marquis Armstrong; and several grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday January 14, 2026 at 11 a.m. in St. John Lutheran Church, 2575 Old Berwick Road, Bloomsburg, with his pastor, Rev. Gordon E. Smith, officiating.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of the Dean W. Kriner Inc. Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 325 Market St., Bloomsburg.
