Kenneth D. Koch, 85, of Myers Road, Danville died at his home on Friday, October 10, 2025.
Born in Shamokin on March 15, 1940, he was the son of the late Doris Koch. He moved to New Jersey in 1954 and moved to Danville when he retired in 1999.
Ken was employed as the Crew Chief by the Village of Ridgewood, New Jersey for 34 years until retiring in 1999.
He was a member of the Danville Moose Lodge, the West End Fire Co in Mt. Carmel, American Legion Post 40 in Danville and a charter member of the Locust Gap Fire Co. He enjoyed fishing and going to Knoebel’s Amusement Park to listen to the bands.
In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by his wife, the former Maxine Kroh on March 2, 2028 and by a sister, Sandra L. Davis on March 17, 1964.
Ken is survived by a sister, Gail wife of James Little of Dover, New Jersey and a brother- in -law, Rodney Kroh and his wife Phyllis of Danville.
Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. Interment will be in Oak Hill Cemetery, Mt. Carmel.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of the Roat-Kriner Funeral Home, 1133 Bloom Road, Danville.
