Kathy Jean McHenry

Kathy Jean McHenry, age 71, of 330 W. Third St., Bloomsburg, died Sunday, Sept. 26, 2021 at the Geisinger Medical Center in Danville.

Born in Bloomsburg on October 20, 1949 she was the daughter of Mary (Crawford) McHenry and the late Robert G. McHenry

Kathy was a lifelong resident of the Bloomsburg area and attended the Central Columbia High School.

She enjoyed NASCAR racing, attending the Bloomsburg Fair and doing word search puzzles.

In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by a brother Robert G. McHenry, Jr.

Surviving in addition to her mother who resides in Bloomsburg is a daughter, Ruth Ann McHenry, a granddaughter Jennifer McHenry, a grandson William G. McHenry, Jr., all of Bloomsburg; three brothers: Allen McHenry and Dale McHenry of Bloomsburg, Keith McHenry and his wife Angie, Berwick; two sisters: Joyce, wife of Frank Ginocchio, Hastings, Fla. and Debbie Klinger and her companion Paul Stewart, Bloomsburg and a number of nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be held on Friday at 2 p. m. in the Elan Memorial Park, 5595 Old Berwick Road, Bloomsburg, with the Rev. Gordon E. Smith, pastor of St. John Lutheran Church, Espy officiating.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of the Dean W. Kriner, Inc., Funeral Home ^& Cremation Service, 325 Market St., Bloomsburg.
