June C. (Wagner) Lee

June C. (Wagner) Lee, age 86, of West 12th St., Bloomsburg, passed away on Thursday June 12, 2025 at the Geisinger Medical Center in Danville.

Born on June 8, 1939 in Shamokin, she was a daughter of the late John and Gladys (Marquette) Wagner. She was a 1957 graduate of Mt. Carmel High School and resided in Bloomsburg since 1961.

Prior to retiring in 2008, June was employed by Weis Markets pharmacy as a pharmacy technician for 10 years. Earlier in her life, she was employed by the former Sears Roebuck store on Main Street in Bloomsburg.

June was a member of Shiloh Bible Church in Almedia.

She collected Cardinal bird knick-knacks. She was also an avid reader and especially enjoyed the time she spent with her grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, John Wagner.

Surviving is her husband, James M. Lee, with whom she celebrated their 63rd wedding anniversary on November 18, 2024; son, James W. Lee, and his wife Darla, of Bloomsburg; daughter, Beth, wife of Ralph DeFrain, of Bloomsburg; seven grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and a niece and nephew.

A memorial service will be held at a later time.
