Judith Joy Brady, age 89, of Danville, passed away on Thursday May 29, 2025 at Vintage Knolls in Danville.
Born on March 23, 1936 in Wilkes-Barre, she was the daughter of the late John and Blanche (Rogoski) Wychock. Judith obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from Villanova University.
She was last employed as an administrative assistant for the Elks National Foundation. Earlier in her life, she was a secretary for the RCA in Mountain Top.
Judith was a member of St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Danville.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Emile J. Brady, Sr.; three stepsons, Emile Brady, Jr., Patrick Brady, and Kevin Brady; two grandchildren, Shawn Jenks and Renee Brady; and four brothers, Robert, Paul, Edward, and John Wychock.
Surviving are five stepchildren: Daniel Brady, Sr. and his wife Maureen, of St. Augustine, Florida, Michael Brady, and his wife Kimberly, of Bloomsburg, Kathleen, wife of James McElwee, of Danville; Shawn Brady, and his wife Terri, of Sunbury, and Christine, wife of Matt Shipe, of Danville; 14 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; three brothers, Joseph Wychock, and his wife Dottie, of Hershey, Thomas Wychock, and his wife Anne, of Mountain Top, and Carl Wychock, of Mountain Top; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Private services will be held at the family’s convenience.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of the Roat-Kriner Funeral Home, 1133 Bloom Rd., Danville.
