John W. "Izzy" Green

John W. “Izzy” Green, age 58, of Williamsport, passed away on Thursday August 21, 2025 at UPMC Williamsport.

Born on November 7, 1966 in Philadelphia, he was the son of Mamie (Robertson) Perkins, of Philadelphia, and the late John W. Green, Jr. He graduated from high school in Philadelphia.

Izzy worked at various jobs throughout his life, including construction.

He was an avid Philadelphia Eagles fan.

Surviving is his wife of 25 years, Cynthia (Fedroff) Green; three children: Jessica Green, of North Carolina, John Green, of North Carolina, and Jasmine White, of Philadelphia; several grandchildren; a brother, Tyrone Green and three sisters, Catherine Green, Cheryl Green, and Annette Green, all of Philadelphia.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of the Dean W. Kriner Inc. Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 325 Market St., Bloomsburg.
