Jerome J. “Jim” Foulds, age 73, of School House Rd., Catawissa, died on Monday June 30, 2025 at the Geisinger Medical Center in Danville.
Born on December 2, 1951 in Sunbury, he was the son of the late Robert J. and Emma V. (Forsythe) Foulds. Jim grew up in Trevorton and was a 1969 graduate of Shikellamy High School. He resided in Catawissa for the past 40 years.
He served in the Army National Guard from 1967-1976.
Jim was the owner and operator of Foulds Machine in Catawissa for many years. He was last employed by G&B Specialties in Berwick, retiring in 2014.
Earlier in his life, he enjoyed hunting and fishing, especially trout fishing. He also loved anything to do with machinery.
Jim was a former social member of the VFW lodge #8306 in Catawissa.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Randy Foulds, of Northumberland.
Surviving is his wife of 39 years, Janet M. (Snyder) Foulds; two children, Brian Foulds, of Shamokin and Jamie, wife of Kevin Sult, of York; a grandson, Brayden Foulds, of Shamokin; a brother, Robert Foulds, and his wife Renee, of Northumberland; and several nieces and nephews.
There will be no services.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of the Dean W. Kriner Inc. Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 325 Market St., Bloomsburg.
