Jeanie and I became friends when I helped her out with outside cats. Jeanie was the cutest little lady and so full of life. I will miss Jeanie.

Jeannie Kahl and her husband Curt spent many happy occasions with our family (neighbors). She always had a smile on her face and was a joy to be with. RIP Jeannie Kahl. Love you and now you are all together dancing

We were saddened to hear of Jeanie Kahl's passing, Jeanie and her late husband Curt were part of our close Scenic Knolls community from our childhood days. Jeanie and Curt were very close friends with our late Mom and Dad and our family for so many years. Dad, Curt Kahl, and Tom Kiniry went to PSU football games together for about 25 yrs. The Kahl's and my parents traveled to the Atlantic City Casino's many times for leisurely vacations together to take in the food, entertainment, and of course the games they offered. We spent many a Thanksgiving and Christmas Holidays sharing our large family gatherings and special meals with the Kahl's. Jeanie and Curt would also go to the Town Perk with Mom and Dad for many years to socialize, to listen to the Friday night jazz music, to eat a nice meal, and to dance, something that they all did when they were young. It was always fun and pleasant with Jeanie and Curt. Losing Jeanie is, in a sense, the end of an era in our two families history together. We have many fond memories with the Kahl's and our shared lives together will live on with the Criqui's. Thanks so much to Cathy McDaniels for her love for Jeanie and for looking after her in these most recent years. Condolences to Cathy, her family, and the Kahl family, and all her friends. May Jeanie's soul RIP. - Sincerely, Rick Criqui, Deb Criqui, Donna Ogazalek, Wendy Criqui, and the entire Criqui families

I grew up in Scenic Knolls and my parents were very good friends with Mr. and Mrs. Kahl.
Curt, Dick Criqui and my dad went to PSU football games together. On a few occasions I was along for the ride, too.
The Kahls were part of our childhood.
