Gale E. (Folk) Roup

Gale E. (Folk) Roup, age 76, of Smith Street, Danville, died at her home on Friday, October 17, 2025, surrounded by family.

Born in Danville on October 16th 1949, she was the daughter of the late Nelson and Estella (Starr) Folk.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Cindy Correll on September 4, 2020.

Gale will be greatly missed by: her daughter Estella Hower, a granddaughter Dakota Hower, grandson Michael Hower all of Danville; and a brother Ralph Folk and his wife Linda of Sunbury.

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.

She will be missed.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of the Roat-Kriner Funeral Home, 1133 Bloom Road, Danville.
