Fanny Lou McPeak

Fanny L. (Jackson) McPeak, age 83, 3026 Butler Avenue, Horseheads, New York. died 5:46 p. m. Saturday, February 3, 2018 at the Select Specialty Hospital, Danville, Pennsylvania, where she was a patient.

Born in Galeton, Pennsylvania on March 5, 1934, she was a daughter of the late William and Mary (Short) Jackson.  She was a graduate of Galeton High School.

Fanny was a homemaker  most f her life.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Jerry H. McPeak, Jr.,in August, 1984.

Fanny is survived by five children: Mary, wife of John Pate, California; Lou Ann, wife of Joseph Hines, Syracuse, New York; Jerry H. McPeak, III, and his wife Tracy, Elmira, New York; Henrietta McPeak, Elmira, New York; Daisy McPeak, with whom she resided in  Horseheads, New York;  12 grandchildren; a number of great-grandchildren; a brother, William Jackson and a sister Mary Whittington, both of Williamsport; and a number of nieces and nephews.

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. There will be no viewing.
