Donald S. Kephart

Donald Scott Kephart, age 77, formerly of 142 Ivy Street, Milton, died at 4:19 p. m.  Monday, February 5, 2018 at the Geisinger Medical Center, Danville, where he was a patient  since January 23, 2018.

Born in Upper Darby, Delaware County, PA on December 8,  1940, he was a son of the late Winfield Scott and Beatrice (Mencer) Kephart.

Most of his life he was employed  as a salesman of paper products and was last employed as an over the road truck driver for several different companies.

He was an avid Philadelphia sports fan of  the Phillies, Eagles and 76ers. He enjoyed trips to casinos, vacations at Ocean City, New Jersey and bowling. His favorite food was ice cream. He was known for his big heart and always being ready to help others when they needed help.

Surviving are his daughters: Gianna Maria Diletto, and her companion Mark Alyn Twaddell, Elkton, Maryland and Melanie, wife of David Peterson, Florida;  a son  D. Scott  Kephart, and his wife Donna, Pottstown;  four grandchildren, including   Karly Elizabeth Kephart, Pottstown; and a sister, Eva Kephart, Tolchester, Maryland.

Private services will be held at the convenience   of the family.
