Craig A. Moyer

Craig A. Moyer, age 67, of Millertown Road, Bloomsburg, passed away on Monday March 2, 2026 at his home after an illness.

Born on October 8, 1958 in Bloomsburg, he was the son of the late Harold “Ding” Moyer and Shirley (Crawford) Moyer. He was a 1976 graduate of Girard High School in Girard, Ohio.

Craig was employed by the former Magee Carpet Company and later by its successor, Autoneum Corporation as a Tow Motor Operator, retiring on April 27, 2022 after a 46-year tenure.

He was a member of the Sons of American Legion Post 564 in Millville and the Post 804 VFW in Bloomsburg.

Craig was an avid hunter and fisherman. He enjoyed going to family gatherings and spending time with his friends. He loved his cat, Kerkei.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Mick Moyer, on June 2, 2019.

Surviving is his wife, the former Leanna S. Lewis, with whom he celebrated their 45th wedding anniversary on July 19, 2025; brother, Rick Moyer, and his wife Donna, of Bloomsburg; several nieces and nephews; and three sister-in-laws: Jackie, wife of Mike Conrad, of Numidia, Katie Reed, and her partner Leon Boyer, of Numidia, and Linda Moyer, of Espy.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday March 7, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. in the Canby Lutheran Church, 529 Millertown Road, Bloomsburg, with Rev. Megan Shaffer, officiating. A viewing will be held from 1-2 p.m. at the church.
