Christopher V. P. Prybyla

Christopher V. P. Prybyla, 56, of Irondale Road, Bloomsburg, passed away peacefully on Monday, April 20,2026 at the Geisinger Medical Center in Danville where he had been a patient.

Born in Williamsport on April 26, 1969, he was a son of the late Jan and Jacqueline (Myers) Prybyla. He was a 1987 graduate of State College High School. Following high school, he enlisted in the U. S. Marine Corps serving from 1987 to 1991 attaining the rank of Corporal.

Chris resided in Bloomsburg for seven years and previously lived in Mt. Joy, Lancaster County.

He was a CDL truck driver, last working for Karshner Logistics of Hazleton.

Surviving is his former wife, Michelle (Becker) Prybyla of Bloomsburg; two daughters: Andrea Prybyla and Ahleah Prybyla and a son, Xavier Prybyla, all of Bloomsburg.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday May 16, 2026 at 2 p. m. in the Dean W. Kriner, Inc., Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 325 Market Street, Bloomsburg. The family will receive friends from 1-2 p. m.
