Christine F. (Bixler) Peet

Christine F. (Bixler) Peet, age 75, of Shaffer Rd., Bloomsburg, passed away unexpectedly of natural causes on Monday February 2, 2026 at her home.

Born in Shamokin on November 15, 1950, she was the daughter of Robert and Dorothy (Broveg) Bixler.

Christine was a home health aide for many years of her life.

Surviving is her husband, Charles R. “Chuck” Peet, with whom she celebrated their 4th wedding anniversary on March 26, 2025; stepdaughter, Beth Zielewicz, and her husband Peter, of Muncy; and two step-granddaughters, Allena and Rachel. She was the last of her family.

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of the Dean W. Kriner Inc. Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 325 Market St., Bloomsburg.
