Christine L. (Casey) Alifieris

Christine L. (Casey) Alifieris, 48, of Mayberry Township, Montour County, born December 12, 1976, passed away peacefully on April 25, 2025, surrounded by her loving family. Christine was married to her adoring husband Nick for 17 years. Their life adventure began much earlier, when they started dating in 2000. Christine dreamed of being a mother and her dream came true when she gave birth to their son Peter. A more doting mother, you couldn’t find. Christine would use all of her creativity to help her son build elaborate train models, an experience that bonded them in friendship.

 Christine was a loving wife, remarkable mother, devoted daughter, sister, aunt and friend. Christine is predeceased by her mother Anne Lorraine. She is survived by her husband Nick, their son Peter, her father John, mother in law Cleo, sisters Caroline, Colleen, Cathleen and Anthi, brothers Jack, Dan, Tommy and Nick, nieces Katie, Madeline and Grace, nephews Christopher, Nicholas, Danny, Matthew, Peter, Alexander and Theodore.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, May 7, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. in St. Joseph Catholic Church, 68 Center Street, Danville with Rev. Francis Tamburro officiating. Interment will follow in Ft. Indiantown Gap National Cemetery at Annville.

There will be a visitation on Tuesday May 6, 2025 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Roat-Kriner Funeral Home, 1133 Bloom Road, Danville.
