Brian L. Kishbaugh

Brian L. Kishbaugh, age 55, 310 Stouts Road, Nescopeck,  was stricken ill at his home and died in the emergency room of the Berwick Hospital Center at 10:02 p. m. Monday, April 23, 2018.

Born in Berwick on September 14, 1962, he was a son of the late Clifford and Bertha (O'Neal) Kishbaugh.  He lived in the Berwick -Nescopeck area his entire life and was a 1980 graduate of the Columbia Montour Vocational Technical School.

Brian was  employed for the past nine years by Lobar, Inc., Dillsburg and earlier at Allsteel in Hazleton.

He was a member of the National Rifle Association and was an avid hunter and fisherman. Brian loved anything that was outdoors and also working on his cars and trucks.  He was a licensed ham radio operator.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Wooden "Woody" Kishbaugh.

Surviving are his wife, the former Dena M. Bellum, with whom he celebrated a 31st wedding anniversary on May 3, 2017;  a son, Tyler L. Kishbaugh, and his partner Vanessa Williams, Nescopeck; a daughter, Angelie S. Kishbaugh, and her partner Josh Birt, Berwick; two granddaughters: Reagan and Lillian; five siblings: Clifford (Steve) Kishbaugh, Jr., and his wife Cheryl, Berwick; Ernest Kishbaugh, and his wife Maricel, Berwick; Joan Michael, Bloomsburg; Maryellen, wife of Kerry Lauer, Berwick; Kerry Kishbaugh, Berwick; and a number of nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held on Friday at 2 p. m. in the Dean W. Kriner, Inc., Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 325 Market Street, Bloomsburg, with the Rev. Melody Sell, pastor of the Washingtonville Lutheran Church, officiating. Interment will follow in New Rosemont Cemetery, Espy. Friends may call at the funeral home on Thursday from 6-8 p. m.

In lieu of flowers, friends may send contributions to the family to be used for funeral expenses.
