Beverly Joan Fasciano

Beverly J. (Wood) Fasciano, age 81 of 150 E. 10th Street, Bloomsburg died peacefully at her home at 12:35 a. m. Sunday, Dec. 13, 2020.

Born in Englewood, New Jersey on Feb. 24, 1939, she was the only child of the late Robert and Maria (Jungert) Wood. She resided in Bloomsburg for the past two years and previously lived inn Elysburg for several years. Prior to that she lived in East Brunswick, N.J. and Monroe Township, N.J.

Beverly was a Registered Nurse for many years and was employed by Roosevelt Hospital in Edison, N.J. and at St. Peter’s University in New Brunswick, N.J.

While a resident of New Jersey, she was a director of the Rossmoor Adult Community Association. She loved crafts of all types and especially sewing.

In addition to her parent’s, she was preceded in death by a grandson Zachery Alai in 2012.

Beverly is survived by her husband John “Jack” Fasciano and together they observed their 62nd wedding anniversary on June 29, 2020. Also surviving are five daughters: Carol Anne, wife of Patrick DeVito, Toms River, N.J., Barbara, wife of Donald Brown, Catawissa, Ann Marie Alai, Sayreville, N.J., Leslie Anne, wife of Richard Jadieck, Buckingham, Pa., Joan Marie, wife of Steven Pitt, Walton, N.Y.; eight granddaughters, six grandsons, 2 great-granddaughters and one great-grandson.  Memorial services will be held at a later date.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of the Dean W. Kriner, Inc., Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 325 Market Street, Bloomsburg.
