Nancy L. (Krum) Conner, age 88, 77 Susies Lane, Danville, died at her home at 3 a. m. Wednesday, August 15, 2018 after an illness of three years.
Born on October 27, 1929 in Bloomsburg, she was a daughter of the late Isaiah and Suzy (Fry) Krum. She resided in the Bloomsburg area most of her life and was currently living in Hemlock Township.
Nancy was last employed at Walmart in Buckhorn and earlier was the co-owner of the former Nancy's Tavern on West Main Street, Bloomsburg for a number of years and earlier had been employed by the former Magee Carpet Co.
She was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of Ft. McClure Post 804, VFW and of the former Women of the Moose Chapter, both of Bloomsburg. She loved to travel and visited all 50 states in the United States and also visited Europe. Camping was also one of her favorite activities.
Nancy was preceded in death by her husband, Reamer H. Conner, on Sept. 11, 1998; by a daughter, Suzyann Lipovsky on April 4, 1973; by a granddaughter, Rebecca Marshall Temple on Nov. 21, 2009 and by a grandson, Timothy John Marshall on July 13, 2014.
Surviving are two sons: Joseph Michael Lipovsky, and his wife Alice and Timothy Lipovsky, and his wife Debra, all of Danville; a daughter, Nancy, wife of John Marshall, with whom she resided; eight grandchildren: Bryn, Kate, Scott,. Dan, Michael, Joseph,. Yvonne and Heather; and 12 great-grandchildren: Miranda, Emily, Rachel, Trinity, Sara, Matthew, Bryce, Chase, Troy, Irelyn, Quinn and Perri.
She was the last of her immediate family and will be sadly missed by her best friend, Betty High.
At Nancy's request, there will be no viewing or funeral services.
