Christ K. Sausser

December 21, 1950 ~ July 29, 2018 (age 67)

Christ K. Sausser, age 67, 448 East Street, Bloomsburg, died at his home on Sunday, July 29, 2018 and was pronounced dead at 1:15 p. m.

He was born in Catskill, New York on December 21, 1950, a son of the late Harry P. Jr. and Carolyn C. M. (Saxe) Sausser. He resided in Bloomsburg since 1999.

Christ was a graduate of Temple University, Philadelphia.

He was formerly employed by General Electric Co. and was currently the manager of the family restaurant, Bloomn’ Thai, on East Street, Bloomsburg.

Christ is survived by his wife, the former Thongrian  Yachaibunruang, whom he married on June 27, 2002; a daughter, Megan, wife of Brian Hatch, El Granada, Calif.; two step-sons, Natthawut Yachaibunruang, and his wife Prawena, Thailand and Nuntanit Yachaibunruang, and his wife Aunchisa, Bloomsburg; and two step grandchildren in Thailand.

Also surviving are a brother, William Collins, Harrisburg; a sister, Dorothy, wife of Anthony Brinz, Seattle, Wash; and a half brother, Harry P. Sausser, III, and his wife Samantha, North Carolina.

Funeral services will be held on Friday at 2 p. m. in the Dean W. Kriner, Inc., Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 325 Market Street, Bloomsburg.
